60 Series Shock

When we started out to build a Late Model shock we knew we had a big hill to climb before we started, and we knew it was going to hard just to get around the marketing that we have in this sport. So we did what we always do, start with the problems and help the people get what they want in a shock. 1st we decided to stick with the standard BSB way of doing things by honing the body and doing the surface treatment that is making our piece work. Than we added a course thread system and strong coil over kit to make adjusting easy in the dark and the dirt, a fill system that is easy to use and doesn’t leak gas when you’re trying to fill it. Topped it off with a unique piston design and a new and improved needle system to increase bleed adjustment and give you some range to work with. We also gave the body a little more meat to increase strength and to decrease body flex caused by the coil over kit and the side load that it provides. Making a  shock to increase feel and grip by reducing side loads, bind and lag in the shock allowing it to work just as needed. In a few short years we had great opportunity to win with this shock on a local and national level, this is a great piece and has tons of wins in it.

  •    Low drag assembly, which includes the divider, seal and main piston.

  •    Bronze coated Teflon wearband, reduces friction and increase sealing.

  •    Honed and coated tube ID.

  •    Shim technology.

  •    High flow linear piston design.

  •    Ring groves cut for coil over kits.

Shock Valving

Shocks can be valved in any configuration or in standard valving, also see Shock We Build to get a better understanding of the shocks we build.

Standard builds would be 4040 which is a 4 rebound and a 4 compression, see valving chart to see pressures at 10 inch per second.
