This is a good shock for a car that needs less turn and more drive, it is in the family of shocks that have more bleed. This shock has less rebound than a RF1-50 shock. 

Shock works well on an open motor IMCA sport mod. This shock is real close to a RF-Std as they are almost the same shock this one has a touch more high speed rebound.
